My files have failed. What can I do?

Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding BiblioBoard Creator.

If you see that a file reads "Failed" in the Check Status menu in Enhancement, this means your files have failed. Files may fail for a number of technical reasons. For a full report of your failure reasons, contact support directly with the following information:
- Your Creator Username
- Your Anthology with failed files
